Terms & Conditions
These terms are issued by Daph and Lil Limited (T/A “Regalo”) and are effective from October 1, 2014. They cover the use of our website – regalonapier.co.nz, as well as any Daph and Lil Limited (T/A “Regalo”) online sites accessible from these websites. Use includes visits to our sites, purchases on our sites, any involvement in our database and promotions. These terms of use apply to you when you use our websites. Please read these terms carefully - if you need to refer to them again they can be accessed from the link at the bottom of any page of our websites.

While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occasionally occur. Daph and Lil Limited (T/A “Regalo”) does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. You expressly agree that your use, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.
Daph and Lil Limited (T/A “Regalo”) reserves the right to make changes to the content on this site at any time and without notice.
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Daph and Lil Limited (T/A “Regalo”) makes no warranties in relation to the merchantability, fitness for purpose, freedom from computer virus, accuracy or availability of this web site or any other web site.
2. Ordering goods and services from us
When you place an order with Daph and Lil Limited (T/A “Regalo”), you are making an offer to buy goods or services. An order is placed via our website by adding a product/s to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving Daph and Lil Limited (T/A “Regalo”) delivery and any other pertinent details for your order, such as; entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you should be able to print as a receipt of your order
Daph and Lil Limited (T/A “Regalo”) reserve the right to limit the number of an item customers can purchase in a single transaction.
Daph and Lil Limited (T/A “Regalo”) will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that your order has been accepted and you may not cancel it.

3. Refusing or cancelling orders
In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
Daph and Lil Limited (T/A “Regalo”) reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, using our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.
While we try to ensure that the price and description of goods or services are accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order Daph and Lil Limited (T/A “Regalo”) reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.
4. Payment options

At this point in time we are accepting the following credit cards:

Diners Club
Lay-by is available in store only. The following conditions apply:
- A lay-by administration fee will apply
- Minimum 25% deposit
- Minimum lay-by value $50.00 (can be made up of more than one item)
- Monthly payments required (payments must be made to the store where the original lay-by deposit was recorded)
- Cancellation Fee (we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $10 to cover the cost of storage, processing and any loss in retail value)
- Total lay-by term is 3 months; however this term may be extended to 6 months for high value items at the Store Managers discretion
5. Pricing
All prices listed on www.regalo.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Note that we have the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason. Online and in store pricing can and may differ.
Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs or other charges which may be payable in relation to an order.
6. Website and Credit Card Security
You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, especially if you are using a public or shared computer.
For security purposes some transactions may require proof of identification.
7. Delivery and Delivery Charges
At this time, Daph and Lil Limited (T/A “Regalo”) only deliver to New Zealand addresses. We also do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been signed for at the time of delivery. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at enquiries@regalo.co.nz. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.
8. Delivery Period
Delivery lead time for products may vary. Each product has a lead time displayed on it indicating when you can expect delivery of your order. Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer than the time indicated. You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. You can track your order by entering the tracking number emailed to you in the dispatch email, into the Courier Post site.
9. Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at regalonapier@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at regalonapier@gmail.com and send your item to: 55 Napier Terrace Napier New Zealand 4110.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 55 Napier Terrace Napier New Zealand 4110.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
10. Gift card usage
Pre paid gift cards are redeemable for good sold at Regalo, Napier, New Zealand. Lost or stolen cards are the responsibility of the holder. Gift cards expire 24 months after the last transaction. Balance information can be given at the store.
11. Accessing our service
Other than connecting to Regalo website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to Regalo’s website servers. You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with our websites or services and their associated software, hardware and servers in any way. You also agree not to modify any content or service on Regalo websites. Furthermore, you agree not to use our sites in any inappropriate or unlawful way.
12. Disclaimer
Our websites are intended to provide information for people shopping for our products and accessing our services, including making purchases via our website and registering on our database to receive e-mails from us.
